I've noticed my pint gets hot around the corners too but in the middle of the sides it's much cooler

This will be our first comp, but everything we've heard is that it's a top notch BBQ contest. I've read that they basically only select CBJ Master Judges. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing! :shocked:

Either way, should be fun!
