So I am working with a local engineering team to figure out how to increase productivity and cut time on building some of my smokers...and we had some fun while we were at it :)

Doing a large event tomorrow at my Country Club where we are cooking a bunch of food and holding a BBQ class :)

We have been playing with some artwork, designs, t-shirts, banners...etc. This is cut out of 1/4" plate with a CNC laser (not water jet on this one).

Used some 3/8" spacers and mounted to the lower door. Chain Smoker is all set and ready to go for tomorrow. Ill throw up a thread on the prep, cook and class.

Smoking 3 briskets (1 SRF Wagyu, 2 prime) 4 10# butts, a case of ribs and 5 fresh cut up chickens. Sides we are doing a pan of beans and a pan of Mac.

I guess that answers my question if you're going to be at Woodstock this weekend haha.

Good luck on the class!
