How was you first cook?

Are you able to share anything about how you went about applying boiled linseed oil and any prep you did to the smoker?

I just ordered a offset from the same guy but I've requested it for mid to late April. It's going to be a long wait. I'd love to see more pictures and hear more about your experience with the offset.
