Quick supper tonight. Got a couple of boudin stuffed pork chops. Going to throw them on the half griddle I got for my Classic then on the grate side for some char marks.

A little off topic, but what makes a guy from Biloxi drink wine from Barboursville? Love to see it. It's a cool winery to visit, and they make some good stuff.

Youngest son lives in Ashburn. Picked it up last time we visited pre-COVID. Paired nicely with the wine.
