As a Chiefs fan, this cook went from early morning fanatical happiness to "I can't eat with us getting murdered like this where is my whiskey" by the time the brisket and butts were done, but it all turned out to be some food good.

I separate the point and flat to speed the cook up, always surprises me when the point is done in 5 hrs and the flat takes 7+ but hey can't rush it, it's done when it's done. Wings for lunch w/some hot sauce, pork butt got pulled and frozen for future use, brisket sliced up for sandwiches and plate serving. Think the sides were cornbread and cowpeas but didn't get a finished plate pic due to aforementioned football related issues.

And sorry for sideways pics, gotta work on that editing.
 
Looks great!
I like the sound of those sides too.
