Lamb Gyros - boneless leg of lamb sliced thin, marinated and grilled on the skewer swords for a nice Wednesday dinner. Served with some hummus, feta, grilled zucchini and eggplant and Homemade Toum on pita bread.

If you like garlic and have never had Toum, it is highly recommended.

Came out perfect.

After this feast we had a pineapple that needed to be eaten. So that went on the skewer with a cinnamon brown sugar glaze and it was served on sweet coconut rice with chopped toasted cashews. All I can say on that is wow!

What a great job you did. Yes I do like garlic sauce but, boy does it linger :wink:
