Yesterday was my birthday and my wife was nice enough to let me buy myself the adjustable ribolator! I only have rotisserie on the Weber summit right now. I picked up a pack of back ribs from Sams as well as some wings. Now I need suggestions on how and what. I figure I can load up a tray of ribs, a tray of wings and some veggies (with bacon?) on the other two trays.

What else have you done on yours? What temp? How long? Wrap it up 3-2-1? Use the smoker box on the Weber or something else with chips? I've been using Myron Mixon's "Only Rub" on most everything - any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

I have a ribulater and the only advice I can offer is to make sure all food is inside the rack, anything sticking out will cause the rack to hang up and tilt, sometimes dumping your food, it does cook great with just one burner/stack of coals on side.
