I made a deal over the weekend to purchase a used Ole Hickory EL-EW. I'm going to pick it up this weekend and can't wait to get this thing smok'n. This is going to make my life much better when catering larger or multiple events. Once I get it up and running I may be putting my Cookshack FEC120 up for sale, I thought about keeping it for small jobs but I'm on the fence about that.
If anyone has any input on loading the racks on the Ole Hickory, do's and don't not covered in the owners manual I'd love to hear about them.
