My second cook on my GF17. Beef ribs cooked over Kingsford pecan briquettes and a couple of pecan chunks. That’s a 12 inch dinner plate.

I’m more pleased with this smoker every time I use it.

Hey, I've got those same dinner plates! Can't beat some steak on a stick, that looks delicious.

Looking good. Seems like the little tank does some great work! Have you figured how long one chute of charcoal will get ya with this smoker?

A 14 pound bag of Kingsford briquettes filled the chute and lasted 18 hours when I cooked pork butts. There were still a handful left in the chute when I cleaned it up.

Love some beef ribs. I am getting closer to finding some. Asked at Sam's but they had already sliced them up

Looks great! I'm trying to find a good source of beef ribs near me. Looking forward to trying to make those in the near future.
