This was a cast iron skillet 4 Cheese Mac n Cheese I smoked in the Traeger
It has Brie, Smoked Gouda, Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella.

Yumm!! I love a little cheddar in my Mac and cheese. Wife hates cheddar so I don’t ever get to enjoy a cheddar Mac. She would make me add more smoked Gouda. I don’t complain, though. Looks delish
 
That's the kind of sides I wish I produced. Super job. I hope my daughters don't see this. They'll show up at your door and never leave. They're sweet. You'll grow to love them.
