Bought a butt this week, chopped off the coppa for some pulled pork and used the rest for kebabs the other night. I'm going to cook up the coppa for pulled pork tonight but I'm not quite sure how long it will take. It's a pretty small coppa at only 1.5#. Ideas for cooking at 275*?
