Saturday= Rib Day

Damn, that looks perfect.

I have only done the 4 bones short ribs. Is there a big difference between the two?
 
Hope my ribs come out looking that good tonight

I am not sure.I have only done the 3 bone ones like in the picture.
 
You definitely nailed that cook. That plate is cooked perfectly.
 
Looks great! Where did you get those plate ribs? I've looked everywhere in desoto county and can't find them for a reasonable price

At Sam's in Southaven.Ring the buzzer,Ask for the short ribs that have not been cut yet.If you ask for plates,they look at you like you have lost your mind.
 
I need to find some of these and try them. The after shots look so good
