Hello everyone. I've been just lurking here or there for the past few years. Thought it was about time I said "Hey". I've been using a cheapo offset smoker for almost 10 years or so now and think I'm ready to make the plunge on something a bit bigger since I can only cook so much on it at a time and I seem to have more and more to cook for at holidays and gatherings which also means no leftovers, lol. I'd also like to give a general Thank You for the site and the info I have found on this site and put to use. I look forward to hopefully contributing some good things also.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm sure I'll be more active in the near future and beyond after I finally pull the trigger on that big step up. Keeps getting bigger the more I look, the bigger at step looks to become, lol.
