Hi all. I'm Chuck, and after reading many threads in the past have decided to become one of the Brethren! I started bbqing on a standard 55 gallon drum pit back in the 70s in high school. Burned through a couple of those over the years. I do most of my cooking currently on a Weber Performer and another standard Weber kettle. I do have an old Bandera smoker I've loved to use but need to rebuild a burned out fire box. Been reading and looking forward to building my own UDS soon.

i know I'll learn a lot and hope I can contribute!
