Started out our Easter with the sunrise service at the inlet
Put the ham in the UDS when we got home after stopping for breakfast and a walk thru the local arboretum
Waited a while and put on the rib roast rubbed up with SPOG
Meats are real close to coming off for a rest
Plated up with some rice and peas and mac and cheese
