Started out our Easter with the sunrise service at the inlet



Put the ham in the UDS when we got home after stopping for breakfast and a walk thru the local arboretum

Waited a while and put on the rib roast rubbed up with SPOG

Meats are real close to coming off for a rest

Plated up with some rice and peas and mac and cheese

Looks awesome! My Easter lunch is wearing off and this is making me hungry again. Wife just wants pizza now, though. :crazy:
