Rice bed, (lil mashed potatoes bc the gravy was too good), beef patty, mushroom gravy, sunny egg i fudged up and put ontop upside down to finish. cilantro, sesame seeds, n black pepper at the end

the exec did good on this one

compliments the whole process start to finish ya know..

lunch was real good too. gonna play around some way soon kinda a variation i myself made (had an old moldy 50c baguette, tons of my cured pork) too-

but man that gravy for this burger, which really stole the show was not my doing whatsoever. glad there's a lot of that leftover at least. nothin else, lol
