Haven't barbecue'd in a while (or been here)

Cut way back on my Q'ing the last year; other things taking up my time. I didn't even buy charcoal at the Labor Day sales. All of a sudden, I started getting calls. Thanksgiving brisket for 20 (yearly event), Christmas party for 50, questions about doing another party. I only cater if I'm asked (don't solicit), and for some reason, people are asking. This might be the thing I need to rediscover my backyard deck.
