Hi,

I am quoting for a wedding who wants baby back ribs and chicken, with 3 sides. Is there a simple calculation rule of thumb to use, based on your food costs?

Use food cost x 3 as the minimum you should charge, then see what your market will bare from there. You will most likely be able to sell your service for between food cost x3 to x4
