The build has begun!

Here are a couple of pics of a smoker my buddy is building for me. I am going for something like Lonestar's Insulated. He will finish all the welding on the inside and drop in the water pan tonight. Tomorrow we insulate and put outer skin. More pics to come!

I am using thermafiber, 2" for cooker and 1" for the doors
