I really want to cook up one of these bacon-ribs -- dang! Why can't we get this cut in the US? :noidea:
The Phirst time we got the ribs from our sponsor were shiners so we asked them if we could get ribs with the porkbelly attached so we can trim it ourselPhs.
You can't buy them like this over here at the wholesalestores.

Gore, you can get this in the US no prob. You need to ask for belly with the bone on (or spare ribs on). I've gotten in many times, although my attempts to cook it whole without separating the belly from the ribs has not been all that great. Lot of fat on a belly, and good gawd...so rich.
