Help-Chicken temp stall

I seem to have a temp stall at 150 I don't tink I'm supposed to have that.....325 on the grate

Where are you checking? If you're hitting a bone it could interfere with your reading.

Figured it out...I had 2 pans to deflect the hot spots & they sank blocking the ports...removed them & it's on again

Yeah - I was puzzled too. Have a good cook, the birds look great.
