Didn't have space for a blackstone but a brethren made a thread today with a nice steel griddle that will fit my genesis nicely. So that void in my heart is now filled.

Please post some links to your favorite griddle accessories. Preferably from amazon. Thanks!

I am on a phone so no links, but...

Griddle Tamer II scraper. Other brands work too but the GT is much better than my others.
Some form of griddle brick/stone
Assorted spatulas and tongs
Dome lid for covering/steaming things (melt cheese fast)
Bacon weights
Food to cook on it.

As M-fine stated, a collection of spatulas is essential. Closed spatulas, fish spatulas, which also work well for eggs because they very thin.

Different sided tongs
Egg rings
I also have a few 1/9 sized stainless pans to hold other ingredients to keep them warm while cooking.
