Roti turkey breast/pizza from weekend

Did a turkey breast with some Oakridge I got from the last trade round.
This was very good. Used Humphrey's hardwood briquette's and cherry wood. This Humphrey's is really good stuff.
I should quit taking pics inside. Makes everything look darker. The color was not black like in the pic.

Tried a new type of pizza. It was clone of Donato's pizza, which I never had. I'm not sure I like this crust. I ran out pepperoni as you can see some salami finished it off. It was a really low hydration dough.
