My official entry for the "Asian Style BBQ!" TD

I made one of my favorite Korean BBQ meats for this TD...Kalbi! I like this Korean shortrib because who doesn't like beef shortrib? And I needed a departure from the SPOG and smoke savory BBQ beefrib that we are all used to. And while kalbi is the best right off the grill, it's also deliciously versatile as leftovers.

Basically beef shortribs, traditional Korean cut, marinated and grilled, and then cut into bite sized pieces with "Korean Finger Knives" (aka kitchen shears).

Everything is grilled, except for the diced pickled onions and cucs...and the fried garlic!
