Cold smoked a couple of Tatonka Dust seasoned rib-eye's with pecan for about an hour.

Seared the steaks on the GrillGrates a few minutes per side on the Yoder running 550º till the steaks hit an internal meat temp of 130º.

Tatonka Dust seasoned rib-eye, shrimp seasoned with Everglades Cactus Dust and Mango Mango Preserves along with some mixed veggies.

Done just the way I like it!

Looks great, how do you cold smoke on the Yoder?

With beef in the warmer temps I don't fire up the Yoder and just use a tube smoke generator, in the winter set the Yoder at 150º and also use the tube smoke generator.
 
Looks awesome! Love a cold smoked steak. Is extra time and effort but we'll worth it. Did my first one late last summer and will be repeating on a regular basis.
