Hello all. I am not a professional cook, but I do throw several large parties 50 100 ppl per year. I want to make sure my prep is safe and no one ever gets sick. Can you recommend a course worth taking?
I don't know about NJ but NY has an online course that supervisors of food establishments have to take. The course is free but you have to pay to take the test. If you just want the info, sign up for free and take the course.
