...plus hanging some corn, taters and some green veggies hanging up topside in the swivel area. Doing a slow cook tonight with some green maple.

The skin on the bottom part of the thighs I decided to let ride in the wind ... it'll crisp up real nice over the fire and be a nice little snack. :biggrin1:

All the talk of wet brine we're dry brining today! LOL Thanks for looking and please check back for the finish. :smile:

Amazing. Simply amazing! :jaw::jaw::jaw::jaw:
Thanks guys!

You know what I think is amazing is the simpler things cook the better they can be, heck food on a spit rod cooking over fire goes back hundreds of years..maybe thousands. I think it was ninja that said all things old become new again!

I do dig the 007. I may have to build me one.
I hope you do! You have the Shirley for big cooks and a 007 can be for everything else. It sure turns out some good food. In my case i can say it's the cooker not so much the cook! lol

Like your other 007 cooks, this one looks amazing too. Keep 'em coming.
Thanks! :thumb:
