In honor of Oktoberfest, I decided to cook a traditional German meal on the Weber Performer.

Turns out Bürgermeisterstück is the German name for.........

just learned meisterstück means 'masterpiece'.

I have a pen that is called a meisterstück. Burger Masterpiece = tri tip. Go fig...
