Bought the Rib-O-Lator during the Labor day sale. I bought the 12" A-maze-n Tube smoker. They are both worth their weight in gold. The photo on the left is the finished salmon. I put some aluminum foil in the tube to save on pellets. I used cherry.

Thanks everyone. The Salmon was fine and the cleanup was easy. I'm having leftovers with cream cheese and saltines for lunch today and I have about three pounds in vacuum pack for future meals. Both products are worth the money. It gives my gasser a new life.
 
Cherry and salmon is a great combo!

I haven't gotten the ribolator out in a while - need to do that soon - love that thing!
