I know avocado is like the Southwest national fruit or vegetable but it's an auto turn off to many. :wink:

2 lbs chourico, 2 sweet onions, 2 red bell peppers, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 cup cheap red wine, 1 cup H2O, 2 tbs crushed red pepper and S&P.
