Stanley Thermos feeling loved tonight. CAB choice t-bones, probably a veggie Parmesan medley (sp). One side seasoned with Coopers one side Saltgrass 7

Going to be good eatin' tonight Adams! I've not tried either rub....do you have a favorite?
 
I've got several that I like really well. This mixture of Saltgrass 7 spice and Coopers really give beef that steakhouse taste.

wowie! How large in diameter are the tenderloin section... Hard to tell in the pic but seems like the best part of the shortloin there!

Probably 3-4 oz tenderloin side. The whole steak was really good

Maybe 5-7 after taking a closer look on that one. Both were like 1.67#
Pretty big steaks. I'm thinking that pan is 3" deep and 8.5 X 11.5

Your killing me there Adams! Haven't had a good steak in..... Well too long of a time anyway. Might have to forgo some of my trips to the local Sonic for a burger to get me some of that. Excellent job on the cook.
