Living in Namibia now and decided to build a Stump's style Cooker out of brick

Fire Box and Feed Tube are 6mm Plate, rest is brick

First Fire hopefully this weekend

Planned Cooks

Kudu, Oryx, Eland, Zebra, Springbok, Warthog or even pork and beef LOL maybe even some rabbit. This is meat central here

Door insulation, door latches and rain hat

1.5 inch air inlet only awaiting the CyberQ and Pitbull fan

feed tube / firebox is 350 x 350 x 1750 mm on top of the 350x450 mm Ash Box. Rather than a top door arrangement we decided to open a door in the side LOL rather than have to climb on top to load it. Plan on doing a burn out tomorrow then hopefully 1st cook on Saturday
 
Named The Beast

We have dubbed it the Monster Q and would have baptized it in beer, but didn't want to waste the amber elixir of the gods

so we just waved a couple of full mugs in the general direction and then drank them down. God Hansa Draught is a wonderful beer, no more Bud for me

wow... that's awesome. Not everyday you see someone living in Namibia. You obviously must post as many of those cooks you listed as possible. Talk about exotic. Can't wait. :thumb:
