Did my first cook on my new Assassin 28. 2 racks of BB Ribs. Some of the best flavored ribs I have ever cooked. This thing is awesome to cook on.

Looks great and you need to update that signature for that sweet new cooker you have!

Thanks everyone it was a perfect day to cook on a new insulated cooker. It was cold, windy with rain and sleet. Cooking on this thing was a dream on a day like that.
