If you just someone thats good with photoshop,,,, and great making logo's, try out fiveer I can give your the name I used for a project, if you are interested, I usually buy a couple extra "coffee's" to get the job done fast.

Patrick at bbqlogos.com just finished this one for me. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. He sent me a rough sketch that was even better than what I had in mind, started putting some color to it and in less than an hour it was done.

I'd suggest checking out 48hourslogo.com. You put up a reward for the designer of your logo (minimum $99, I offered $129 for mine) and you get tons of graphic designers creating concepts for you. I ran my contest for a week and got around 50 entries. Then, you pick three designers that you liked, and ask them to revise as you see fit. After another week of revisions, you pick a winner. It's a pretty awesome service. This was the contest that I just ran.
