I smoked a small, 3.5 lb brisket today on Old Blue and she purred like a kitten the entire time. I love this Humphrey's smoker!

I do not have a Guru, but I have a $9.50 Wal-Mart alternative for bumping the temp quick. It works great.

So here is the brisket slicer to defeat all slicers. I have had it for a long time, it figured it would be good to put her to good use. There can be only one. If this does not make sense, go watch Highlander, it is worth your time.

I have another katana that I use for brush clearing. My neighbors give me a lot of respect....

And, the brisket was delicious.
