Purely out of curiosity, at a contest do you smoke your Chicken or grill your Chicken? Choking your Chicken is not an option.
 
We do both smoke til done then sauce a throw on grill to finish.
 
I smoke mine then I sdlfom wpom the wws90m;p wlwnd with some psaldawcn and add some geeveinwsp to the mcdoa9im.
 
What ever I do, I cook the crap out of it !
 
cover with flour then smoke so it looks fried then dq:tape::becky:. sorry sawdust couldn't resist

I'm in the smoke then finish on the grill camp.
 
I cook low and slow on the Weber kettle using the indirect method and a Minion style fire with small cherry chunks. I use Todd's Performer when I cook with HawgsNHeifers. That Performer is a chicken cooking machine!
