Galbi - Korean Short Ribs (Flanken cut)

Authentic Korean galbi marinade can be time consuming to prepare, so in a pinch I go for this from the Korean supermarket

I let them marinate overnight

Direct high heat 2 minutes each side and they're done

Pair with some sweet butter corn seasoned with chipotle sea salt and it's a quick and simple week night dinner

If it were myself I would have had that, but I have to appease a couple of picky eaters. This cook was about whipping up a quick meal during the work week.
