Started with a bag of Lane snapper from last winter's catch on the Gulf. These were really large filets. Unfortunately, you won't find them in too many markets, but they are as good as it gets. Pulled some green tomatoes and zuchini from the garden. Cut the zuchini in fry size pieces.

Sliced the maters, dredge, egg wash, and corn meal with Tony Chachaere's for spice.

Same process for the zuchini, but used Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese for the breaking.
