Good morning Brethren,

Just bought a Southern Country bullet smoker to replace my moded Brinkmann Smoke 'N Grill. Anyone own one? Got any tips, tricks or mods to make it efficient? I know it's not top of the line, but I'm tired of trailering the OK Joe back and fourth to my second home (camper). Any advice/guidance is greatly appreciated.
 
I'm not familiar with that pit but I went to the Web site to have a look. If you got the closed bottom one I'd install a reliable thermo & call it good. Looks to be a decent design.
 
That's what I was hoping. Especially after the ECB and all the required mods.
