A starter has been lit in the Primo XL. A chicken and a really small netted pork roast will follow shortly. Plan to season with KS and BP (Bludawg style).

These will be shredded chopped and chunked used for a combo meat green chile stew

Seasoned KS and CBP and then decided to add green chile powder on that. Lid is closed temp is 275. This cook Doesn't have to be pretty, just done :))

I don't know what it is about chicken, but I get ocd washing my hands and cleaning the work area door handles etc. usually I just wash hands with soap and water. Chicken brings out the bleach :))
 
Now wrapped tight to catch some natural drippings for the green chile stew.
Going to roast a garlic pod at this time as well in California olive oil.

Both meats are resting. Wife and I just devoured the legs and wing and some thigh meat.
