Before heading to work I went into my freezer to see what I had in there to whip something up in the evening. I saw wings and grabbed them to make hot wings and I also saw a tomahawk steak. I craved both so I thought wings as appetizer and steak as the main course. :becky:
After work both meats were thawed so I got to work and loaded up the PBC fire basket with some RO and lit it up.
Here's the tomahawk
Season withe Emeril's steak rub. It's real good stuff.
My first go at Hasselback potatoes but they slid off the skewer and failed:icon_blush: Never have that issue with Yukon Gold potatoes but oh well! RIP:mrgreen:
I seasoned half the wangs with mayo, S&P, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, curry powder, paprika to be had just off the grill. The other half was touched lightly with seasoned salt as I was going to make hot wings.
Half the wings are ready to munch on while the rest gets done
Sooo good!!
Time to make the hot wangs. Took out the key players. Was out of Franks but this is also pretty good stuff. Was also out of Litehouse Bleu cheese dressing (my fave brand) so I did ranch instead.
Nice and crispy just as if I had fried them
