Take a breath!
Two years of thought and about two months of fabrication, My attempt at an Argentine Style Grille is almost complete. A day or so for the spar varnish to dry and a fire to cure it all and we are done! Grill surface is tilted about 10 degrees to facilitate juice run off into a catch made of angle iron. Decided to add fire bricks on the bottom as well... Hopefully, Im done making grilles for awhile.
