Finally introducing myself!

I joined a while back but thought it was time to introduce myself. I'm not new to grilling but am less experienced in the low and slow. I have a weber performer that I grill on almost weekly. I love to experiment with new cooking techniques and foods from around the world. I'm a big fan of Steven Raichlen BBQ books, Myron Mixon Everyday BBQ, Adam Perry Serious BBQ and the Weber smart phone app is a good source too. The only accessory I have for my grill is the Kettle Pizza attachment.
