I have recently picked up my Little MJH from the Backyard Bombers. This is a great backyard cooker, it is built like a tank.

I have cooked a turkey, port butt, and spare ribs in it. The fuel efficiency has far surpassed my expectations.

I am looking for some cooking advice on how to cook in pans or on grates, foiling versus not foiling and any tips in general.

Any info would be great

Thanks,

Dont think you need any cooker specific tips, that would be just regarding the temp control.

The search bar at the bottom can be very helpful. The gravity feed crowd is big into using pans. Ive recently started too. Very nice having a clean pit I can tell you.
