Does anybody know who makes poultry shears not made in china

check out Clauss shears. I'm not 100% positive that they're US made, but I am 100% positive that they work really well

I bought the Raichlen brand ones some years back and will give them to the first taker. What I don't like about them is they don't come apart to wash them so it's difficult to get them completely clean....not a good think when they are used on raw chicken

The Clauss pair I have now are durable, sharp as hell, and easy to clean!

I have these and am happy with them. The only downside so far is that they get slippery once you get chicken goo on the handles. Not sure where they are made. I've used them once every couple of weeks or so for the last 3 - 4 years.

I have used my Kitchenaid shears for years with no problem. Have not tried the others suggested.

I have JA Henkles and they work great.
Plus one on JA Henkles mine say Germany, they cut great and I prefer them over my Cutco's that do a phenomenal job on pennies and other general tasks :biggrin1:

Asked for poultry shears for Christmas and was very happy to receive a pair of Henkles. Work great.

Gerber game shears will perform as well or better than any shears on the market. They are tough as nails and extremely sharp. You can find them in the sporting goods section of Wally.

I use these … recommend by Cooks Illustrated … Made in Japan:

I also have the stainless OXO shears from Amazon and they are great. The soft rubber grips don't get slick and they come apart for cleaning.

Little pricey, but we use these daily.
