New From West Texas
Howdy!
New here from Amarillo, Texas. Great Forum. There is a lot of input and information in here. The wife and I just got into comp cooking last year. Won a couple of ribbons and got hooked. I've been cooking on my egg and a traegar 075. I just ordered a Pitmaker Vault on a LT-1 Trailer. I will post a picture of it after I pick it up on October 8. I won't have to lug the heavy egg around anymore and I will start doing my chicken on the traegar. I am really looking forward to picking that thing up! Look forward to conversing with yall.  |
