Hello from West Texas
Well, I figured after a year it was about time to sign up and join the forum. I have been reading here for about a year now. I have had a grill pretty much my whole life. Decided a couple years ago that it was time to go low and slow. I bought an offset smoker from academy sports, and began this journey. I now have a custom built smoker that the local high school welding trades built. Anyway, thanks for all the information and knowledge that you all have been gracious enough to share.
