Our catering business has taken off and I needed a bigger smoker so I bought one. This will also allow me to step up and offer whole hog which no one around me does.

congrats! just the name tells me that is really expensive. how big a hog can you fit?

Is that you with the Wicked Smoke BBQ restaurant in Morganton? Haven't eaten there yet, but I have heard it's pretty good.

That is a different place. It appears they started after we did so I changed our name is BBQ Company to keep from confusing people.
