Colorado Road trip

Heading To Ouray CO for week. Will be on I 80 most of the day, so any good Q joints along 80 between Chicago and Denver would be great.

Will be in Denver a couple days, then down into the San Juans for about a week. Any Good restaurants, Q or otherwise, would be appreciated

East Side of town, close to Aurora. Doesn't have to be Q, any good hidden gems are appreciated.

I've had Brother's BBQ at picnics and been pleasantly surprised.

I always eat at Efrain's when I'm in Boulder. It reminds me of the Mexican food of my youth before it got all froufrou.
