Hello All! I am really looking forward to being a part of this community. I am a chef at a private golf club on Long Island and love real BBQ just a little bit more than Pizza. One of my pipe dreams is to cook (smoke) for the masses... all be it for the football team when my son hits college next year or for many people near the beach on the west coast of Florida one day. I truly love to cook and share food. If I didn't have to work for a living I would choose to BBQ for all that say they love me, all the time. Oh well, time to explore.
